Like some days I feel so differently, that I feel like I just don’t belong in this world. I feel what motivates me isn’t what the typical person is motivated by. Like it seems like most people are slaves to their sexual desires or their greed. But I honestly don’t care about sex or material things. Like don’t get me wrong it’s not like I’m an a sexual or anything, I’m just looking for someone who makes me feel a certain way and I don’t mind being alone while i search for them, so it’s like I operate on my need for love rather than my need to satisfy my sexual urges. Plus when I do find someone like that it will make it all the more special. It’s weird I often feel like I am compelled to help people or at least try and make them happy, It’s kinda what I thrive off of, it’s like I have too much empathy for my own good and I’ll often put my own needs last, but then again I’ve been told that I tend to carry everyone’s burden. And maybe it’s because i tend to be introspective and I reflect a lot about events in my life, but I just look around and it seems like people are caught up in such trivial and stupid matters that in reality aren’t such a big deal like consumerism or like how some people think people are different based on their race or religion or how some people can be so selfish and tend to think only of making their wallets fat despite taking advantage of others. Things like that has never really made sense to me and I have trouble grasping how people could even think like that. And I mean I know I’m not really that good, smart or deep and I certainly don’t have the answers it just pains me to see how the world is and how we treat each other. I mean I love people don’t get me wrong, I just don’t understand why anyone would want to hurt anyone else. I’m just tried of watching people treat each other poorly it breaks my heart. I just feel so out of place and even though I feel like I’ve gained some sort of insight or perception I’d give anything to unexperience it and go back to living in ignorance just so I could be normal. I look at the world and it seems like a joke to me especially American society, the way we live just seems like we are in a little bubble or a safe haven in which we watch “reality tv” and buy decorative throw pillows to help distract us ignore all the pain and poverty in the world. I feel like I’m having a hard time existing in a world where there is so much selfishness, pain, hatred and sadness. All these things seems to eat away at me. what is wrong with me I feel so crazy lately?
